Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14490 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIO RETIRO On this the 13th day of October 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF RIO RETIRO, provided in so i doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways, now, or at any time in the future, the road easements dedicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for repair, construction or reconstruction, or maintenance of roadways so dedicated. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14491 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PAUL FIELDS, SHERIFF, FOR APPOINTMENT OF LEO C AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS i i MARTINE~ On this the 13th day of October 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the request of Paul Fields, Sheriff, II for appointment of LEO C. MARTINEZ, as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas and that his com ensation be fixed at 11 700.00 p $ per annum, effective the date of his qualification, payable out of Officers Salary Fund. , o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14492 APPORTIONMENT OF LATERAL ROAD MONEY On this the 13th day of October 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the sum of $81,453.84 received by the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, from the Treasurer of the State of Texas, be apportioned and transferred from the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, by the County Clerk and
