Doyle Bain as compensation for his conveyance to the State of Texas of 4 parcels of land required for the construction of Loop 534, Section ii 3, from the Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which 4 parcels comprise a total of ~'' i 1.110 acres of land out of Survey 146, W. C. Francis, and are designated as Parcels Nos. 7, i~ 8, 9B and 9B(E) of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount ~' of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland seconded'; i~ by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay J. Doyle Bain the sum of $42,248.00 as compensation for land and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of the said 4 Parcels of Right of Way as aforesaid with the compensa- tion being prorated as follows and subject to the execution and delivery of a right of way ~I' deed as to each parcel: i' N0. 14499 OFFER TO J. DOYLE BAIN FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 SECTION 3 and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways '' and Transportation of the aforesaid 4 right of way deeds; and on final title approval a voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $42,248.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund payable ' to J.
