I N0. 14510 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1981 ~'
On this the 9th day of November 1981, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came !II

I on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County,
Texas, for the period beginning July 1st, 1981 and ending September 30, 1981, and the same
having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.

~; And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
I~ a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order. '
Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 14511 ORDER DETERMINING VOTES TO BE CAST BY KERB COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT FOR THE
ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE KERR COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL
BOARD
On this the 9th day of November, 1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of determining the votes to be cast by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court for
the Board of Directors of the Kerr County Tax Appraisal District and the matter of causing
the same to be cast, and after due consideration by the Court it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously approved by the Court
that the 951 votes which have heretofore eeen allocated to Kerr County be cast as follows:
For Adolph Bartel 834 votes
For Jack Tucker 117 votes;
and it is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized and directed to so cast the
aforesaid votes on the official ballot provided for this purpose and to return the same to ,~-/
the County Clerk of Kerr County, together with a copy of this order.

TRADE-INS, FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 9th day of November 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
!by Commissioner Speakmon, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge

!~be authorized to advertise for three new 1981 or 1982 four door sedans, without trade-ins, for
use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department.

Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., December 14th, 1981, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
