N0. 14513 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF KCR EQUIPMENT RENTALS, INC. FOR ONE NEW FOUR WHEEL DRIVE
ARTICULATED LOADER FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. THREE
On this the 9th day of November 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of KCR EQUIP
RENTALS, INC., for one new four wheel drive articulated loader for use by the Commissioner
of Kerr County Precinct No. Three, as recommended by the County Auditor, as the lowest and '!
best bid, as follows: One Case W-11 - 4 wheel drive loader as per specifications, without
trade-in, in the net amount of $33,950.00.
Said bid complies with the specifications on file in the office of the County Clerk
of Kerr County, Texas.

N0. 14515 TRANSFER OF $7,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 9th day of November 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $7,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

Pursuant to Article 6762 as amended by Senate Bill 1242 and complying with Commissioners'
Court Order No. 14476, dated October 12th, 1981, County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer approved
the Ex-Officio Road Commissioners' Bonds of the Commissioners of Kerr County Precinct No. 1
3 and 4, in open Court, Regular November Term, November 9th, 1981.

A Public Hearing was held at 1:30 o'clock P. M., November 9th, 1981, on an Application to
Cancel the Plat of Comanche Hills Subdivision. No members of the Public appeared for the
hearing.
