On this the 16th day of November 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County, and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
', and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2 and 3 Funds.

approved by the Court.

On this the 16th day of November 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 14499, dated October
I 26th, 1981 - Re: Offer to J. Doyle Bain for Right of Way for Loop 534 Section 3, be rescind-
II ed in its entirety.

JACKSON, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 SECTION 3
On this the 16th day of November, 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court

the matter of compensation to be paid J. Doyle Bain and wife, Betsy Bain, and David L. Jackson
and wife, Donna Jackson, as compensation for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 3
'~, parcels of land and 1 channel easement required for the construction of Loop 534, Section 3,
', from the Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which 4 parcels comprise a total of 1.110
acres of land out of Survey 146, W. C. Francis, and are designated as Parcels Nos. 7, 8,
9B and 9B(E) of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of
compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to
pay J. Doyle Bain and wife, Betsy Bain and David L. Jackson and wife, Donna Jackson, the sum
of $42,248.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of the
said 3 parcels of right of way and 1 channel easement as aforesaid with the compensation being

prorated as follows and subject to the execution and delivery of a right of way deed as to
each parcel:
