Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court hacing duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 14522 CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 16th day of November 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County, and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2 and 3 Funds. DOYLE BAIN FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 SECTION 3, DATED OCTOBER 26th, 1981 On this the 16th day of November 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded; by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 14499, dated October 26th, 1981 - Re: Offer to J. Doyle Bain for Right of Way for Loop 534 Section 3, be rescind- ed in its entirety. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14524 OFFER TO J. DOYLE BAIN AND WIFE, BETSY BAIN, AND DAVID L. JACKSON AND WIFE, DONNA JACKSON, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 SECTION 3 On this the 16th day of November, 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid J. Doyle Bain and wife, Betsy Bain, and David L. Jackson, and wife, Donna Jackson, as compensation for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 3 parcels of land and 1 channel easement required for the construction of Loop 534, Section 3, from the Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which 4 parcels comprise a total of 1.110 acres of land out of Survey 146, W. C. Francis, and are designated as Parcels Nos. 7, 8, _ 9B and 9B(E) of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay J. Doyle Bain and wife, Betsy Bain and David L. Doyle Bain and wife, Betsy Bain, and David L. Jackson and wife, Donna Jackson; provided, however, in the event there remain unpaid ad valorem taxes levied against the portion of W. I C. Francis Survey No. 146 owned by J. Doyle Bain and wife, Betsy Bain, and David L. SCHREINER BANK ~ FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 SECTION 3 it On this the 16th day of November, 1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Lloyd Leifeste and wife, Betty Ann Leifeste, as compen- sation for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for the con- struction of Loop 534, Section 3, from the Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which I land comprises 0.053 acres of land out of Survey 146, W. C. Francis, and is designated as Parcel No. 4 of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Lloyd Leifeste and wife, Betty Ann Leifeste, the sum of $5,525.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel No. 4 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery of a right of way deed and 2 partial releases of liens and ' deeds of trust as to the parcel conveyed by the lienholder; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the aforesaid right of way deed and partial releases of liens and on final title approval a a~ voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $5,525.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund payable ~' to Lloyd Leifeste and wife, Betty Ann Leifeste and Chas. Schreiner Bank; provided, however, in the event there remain unpaid ad valorem taxes levied against the portion of W. C. Miller, Sr. and wife, Helen A. Puller, as compensation for - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for the construction of Loop 534, Section 3, from the Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which land comprises 0.008 acres of land out of Survey 146, W. C. Francis, and is designated as Parcel No. 6 of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay John W. Miller, Sr. and wife, Helen A. Miller, the sum of $625.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel No. 6 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery of a right of way deed and a partial release of a vendor's lien as to the parcel ' conveyed by the lienholder Chester A.
