the matter of compensation to be paid Lloyd Leifeste and wife, Betty Ann Leifeste, as compen-
sation for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for the con-
struction of Loop 534, Section 3, from the Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which
land comprises 0.053 acres of land out of Survey 146, W. C. Francis, and is designated as
Parcel No. 4 of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of
compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay
Lloyd Leifeste and wife, Betty Ann Leifeste, the sum of $5,525.00 as compensation for land
and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel No. 4 as aforesaid, subject
to the execution and delivery of a right of way deed and 2 partial releases of liens and
deeds of trust as to the parcel conveyed by the lienholder; and it is further ordered that

on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the
aforesaid right of way deed and partial releases of liens and on final title approval a ~~
voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $5,525.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund payable

N0. 14528 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY ATTORNEY TO REFILE DELINQUENT TAX SUIT PENDING IN DISTRICT
COURT
On this the 1st day of December, 1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the necessity of authorizing and directing County Attorney H. Ritman Jons to act on behalf
of Kerr County and the State of Texas in the matter of refiling a delinquent tax suit in the
198th Judicial District Court of Kerr County, pursuant to Article 7345b, Texas Civil Statutes,
the said cause in which Kerr County had previously intervened having been dismissed without
notice to Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner
Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney be authorized and
directed to proceed to refile a suit for delinquent taxes owing Kerr County and the State of
Texas by A. C. Morris on a total of 7.67 acres of land more or less out of Survey 666 P.
Flemming, Abst. 145 and G. R. Parsons Survey 1330, Abst. 1113, and otherwise proceed according
to law in this matter.
