Ritman Jons to act on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas in the matter of refiling a delinquent tax suit in the 198th Judicial District Court of Kerr County, pursuant to Article 7345b, Texas Civil Statutes, the said cause in which Kerr County had previously intervened having been dismissed without notice to Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney be authorized and directed to proceed to refile a suit for delinquent taxes owing Kerr County and the State of Texas by A. C. Morris on a total of 7.67 acres of land more or less out of Survey 666 P. Flemming, Abst. 145 and G. R.
