day of December 1981, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term
of Commissioners' Gourt, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
The taking and receiving of bids for three new four door sedans for use by the
Kerr County Sheriff's Department was declared closed at this time.

DEPART?4ENT REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOM?4ENDATION
On this the 14th day of December 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the bids for three new
four door sedans for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, be referred to the County
Auditor for study and recommendation.

N0. 14530 CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS APPROVED
On this the 14th day of December 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County, and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 4, General
Road & Bridge, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, Jail
Operating, Revenue Sharing Trust, and 216th District Probation and Jury Funds, as shown in
the Disbursements' Journal. in the County Auditor's Office, which are~made a part hereof an~i of
this order. Notion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and un-
animously approved by the Court.

On this the 14th day of December 1981, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
