KEN STOEPEL FORD, LINCOLN, MERCURY, for three new 1982 four door sedans for use by the Kerr ~~' it ~' County Sheriff's Department, as recommended by the County Auditor, as the lowest and best bid,'' it i~ j~ as follows : ~i I Three 1982 LTD four door sedans, equipped as per specifications, @ $8,775.00 each unit. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14533 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL On this the 14th day of December 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second- ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an annual payment to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital in the amount of $3,500.00, as budgeted, payable out of the General Fund, toward care of indigent patients. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o '' N0. 14534 RESOLUTION - RE: JUVENILE SERVICES GRANT WHEREAS, the Juvenile Probation Department of Kerr County has requested funding for a project known as Purchase of Youth Services to aid in the duties of that department, and WHEREAS, funding is available for such a program through the Governor's Office of General Counsel and Criminal Justice and the Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Act for 100% of the project amount, and WHEREAS, the involvement of juveniles in delinquency and crime is of concern to this body and deserves the attention of our Criminal Justice System; I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioner's Court of Kerr County hereby approves the submission of a grant application entitled "Purchase of Youth Services" in the amount of $12,550 through the Alamo Area Council of Governments to the Governor's Office of General Counsel and Criminal Justice, State of Texas.
