AS AUTHORIZED BY THE BINGO ENABLING ACT IN KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
There came on to be considered a Petition for Local Option Election to Legalize Bingo
Games for Charitable Purposes as Authorized by the Bingo Enabling Act in Kerr County, Texas,
' requesting that a local option election be ordered in Kerr County, Texas, (said County,

hereinafter for convenience referred to as "area"), in accordance with the terms and provisiong
of the Bingo Enabling Act, for the purpose of submitting to the legally qualified voters of
I said area the determination of the issue described therein.
There also came on to be considered the certificate of the County Clerk pertaining to
said petition certifying therein that said petition is signed by the requisite number of
' qualified voters of said area in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Bingo Enabling

Notice of said election shall be given as required by Article 4.05 of the Texas Election
Code and Article 29e, Texas Revised Civil Statutes.
' It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that said petition was verified by the
' Clerk no later than the 30th day after it was submitted and the Clerk checked and verified
to the Commissioners' Court that said petition complies with all the terms and provisions of
' the Bingo Enabling Act and is signed by the requisite number of qualified voters of said area
