T. Williams, et al the owners of the ' said 88.6 acres of land have agreed to sell the acreage to the City of Kerrville and Kerr County at its appraised value of $287,800.00, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speak-' mon, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County' approve an Earnest Money Contract in concurrence with the City of Kerrville to purchase the aforesaid 88.6 acres of land for a cash consideration of $287,800.00 and the County Judge be authorized to execute the said Contract on behalf of Kerr County at such time it has been executed by the five owners of record and it is further ordered that the Treasurer be auth- orized to draw a Voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund payable to Fidelity Abstract and Title Company in the amount of $2,500.00 for Kerr Countys one half of the contractual earnest money which voucher shall be delivered contemporaneously caith Kerr County's execution of the contract. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14546 OFFER TO JAMES B. GOSS FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 SECTION 3 On this the 14th day of December, 1981 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid James B. Goss as compensation for his conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for the construction of Loop 534, Section 3, from Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which land comprises 0.262 acres of land out of Survey 146, 6J. C. Francis, and is designated as Parcel No. 5 of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously ' approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay James B. Goss the sum of $12,379.00 as compensation for land and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel No. 5 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery of a right of way deed and a partial ~ release of all liens and deeds of trust as to the parcel conveyed by the lienholder and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Transportation of the aforesaid right of way deed and partial releases of liens and on final title approval a voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $12,379.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund payable to James B.
