unpaid ad valorem taxes levied against the portion of W. C. Francis Survey No. 146 owned by
James B. Goss including 1981 advalorem taxes, Kerr County reserves the right to deduct the
amount of such unpaid taxes and penalty and interest, if any, from the total compensation
hereby offered and to pay the same to the taxing agencies concerned.

for its conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for the construction of

0.012 acres of land out of Survey 147, Nathaniel Hoyt and is designated as Parcel No. 10 of

said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has
~' been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner
Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay the Kerrville

~', Municipal Utility District the sum of $1,775.00 as compensation for land and damages for its

conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel No. 10 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and
delivery of a right of way deed as to the parcel conveyed and it is further ordered that on
approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Transportation of the aforesaid
right of way deed; and on final title approval a voucher shall be drawn in the amount of
$1,775.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund payable to Kerrville Municipal Utility District,
provided however that this amount shall be reduced by the retention value of any improvements
retained by the District.

CARMICHALL, DECEASED FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 SECTION 3
On this the 14th day of December 1981, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of compensation to be paid Mrs. J. D. Carmichall as compensation for her convey-
. ance to the State of Texas of her undivided one half interest and her interest as the surviving
widow of J. D. Carmichall, Deceased in a parcel of land required for the construction of Loop
534, Section 3, from the Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which land comprises 0.013
acres of land out of Survey 146, W. C. Francis, and is designated as Parcel No. 2 of said
right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been

and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Mrs. Anna Mae Carmichall
the sum of $650.00 as compensation for land and damages for her conveyance to the State of
Texas of her undivided interest in and to Parcel No. 2 as aforesaid, subject to the execution

the aforesaid right of way deed and on final title approval as to the interest conveyed a
