On this the 14th day of December 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded ~,
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of one Case
W11 four wheel drive articulated loader for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct
No. 3, as per specifications, in the amount of $33,950.00, without trade-in.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $33,950.00, out of the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, payable
to KCR EQUIPMENTAL RENTAL INC., for the Loader (Serial No. 9136920).

N0. 14550 APPORTIONMENT OF $22,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 14th day of December 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, second-
ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $22,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
to the four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:

Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $7,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

N0. 14553 RESOLUTION - RE: CONTINUING PROGRAt4 TO PROVIDE SOUND MEDICAL & DENTAL CARE
IN THE KERR COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY
WHEREAS, the Commissioner's Court of Kerr County, Texas has had brought to its attention
the need for a continuing program to provide sound medical and dental care in the Kerr County
Detention Facility; and
WHEREAS, such a program is available under funding by the Governor's Office, Criminal ~
Justice Division; and „J
WHEREAS, the Commissioner's Court of Kerr County is aware of and feels this program will
aid in the proper safe operation of the Detention Facility;

~ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioners' Court does authorize the continuatio

the sum of $2,660.00 as the local share of the proposed funding.
