FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534, SECTION 3 On this the 30th day of December, 1981, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Riverhill Club and Estates, Ltd. as compensation for its conveyance to the State of Texas of two parcels of land and one easement required for the construction of Loop 534, Section 3, fxom the Kerrville State Park to State Highway 16, which lands comprise an aggregate of 8.169 acres of land designated as follows: Parcel 11 0.462 acres out of Survey 147 N. Hoyt; I Parcel 9A 7.592 acres being 1.946 acres out of Survey 146 W. C. Francis, and i 5.646 acres out of Survey 147, N. Hoyt; Parcel 9A(E) 0.115 acre easement out of Survey 146 W. C, Francis; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Riverhill Club and Estates, Ltd. the sum of $98,387.00 as compensation for land and damages for its conveyance to the State of Texas of two parcels of right of way and one easement as aforesaid, the said compensation being pro rated as follows: Parcel 11, $18,115.00; Parcel 9A, $79,372.00; and 9A(E), $900.00; subject to the execution and delivery of two right of way deeds and one easement and a partial release of a lien and deed of trust as to the parcels conveyed by the lienholder, Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the aforesaid right of way deeds, easement and partial releases of lien, and on final title approval, a voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $98,387.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund payable to Riverhill Club and Estates, Ltd o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
