TAX SUIT PENDING IN DISTRICT COURT
On this the 1st day of December,1981 came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the necessity of authorizing and directing County
.~~ttorr~ey ~. Ritrnan Jons to act on behalf of Kerr County and the State of
Texas in the matter of refiling a delinquent tax suit in the 198th Judicial
District Court of Kerr C+~unty, pursuant to Article ?345b, Texas Civil Statutes
the said cause in which Kerr County had previously intervened having been
dismissed without notice to Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by
