APPROVAL OF SALARY ADJUSTMENT OF THE JUSTICE OF
THE PEACE OF FRECINCT N0. 5, EFFECTIVE JUNE 15,
1981
On this the 17th day of June 1981, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved that the salary of the
Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 5 be reduced to
$3900.00 per annum and travel allowance eliminated,
effective June 15th, 1981, due to his declining to continue
to act as rotating magistrate on weekends at the Kerr County
Jail.
