ORDER DESIGNATING T1IE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KERFt COUNTY
AS EX-OFFICIO ROAD COMMISSIONERS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 6762
REVISED CIVIL STA'TUTF.S AS AMENDED EFFECTIVE 1981
On this the 12th day of October, 1981 came on to be
heard and considered by the Court the matter of complying with the
provisions of Article 6762, Revised Civil Statutes, as arnencled by
Senate Bill 1242, Acts of the 67th Legislature effective 1981; and it
appearing to the Court that Article 6762 as amended by the said
Scnate Bill 1242 now applies to Kerr County, it ie ordered on rnotion by
Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner Holland
and unanimously approved by the Court that each of the four County
Commissioners of Kerr County be designated as Ex-Officio Road
Commissioner for hie precinct, and that each eommiasioner ehali forthwith
execute a corporate surety bond in the amount of $3, 000.00 to be approved
by +he County ,judge, payable to the County Judge, for the use and
benefit of the Road and Bridge Fund of Kerr County,
