ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN WOOD RIDGE ESTATES
On this the 12th day of January 1981, came on to be
considered by the Court the matter of acceptance of road-
ways in WOOD RIDGE ESTATES, consisting of streets as follows:
Wood Ridge Drive, Braden Circle and Lane Drive, in Commissioner's
Precinct No. 2.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon seconded by
Commissioner Lich the Court unanimously approved that
the clauses stated in Order No. 13752 dated July 20, 1979,
recorded in Volume 0, Page 480, of the Commissioners' Court
Minutes, in regard to Wood Ridge Estates, be rescinded, and
that Kerr County Precinct No. 2, does accept the roadways in
said subdivision mentioned above.
