ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN THE WOODS SECTION ONE AND
SECTION TWO
On this the 4th day of September 1981, came on to be
considered by the Court the matter of acceptance of roadways
in THE WOODS, SECTION ONE and THE Ld00DS, SECTION TWO, in
Commissioner's Precinct No. 2,
Upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon seconded
by Commissioner Holland the Court unanimously approv-
ed that the clauses stated in Order No. 13436 dated September
11th, 1978, recorded in Volume 0, Page 37I of the Commis-
sioners' Court Minutes and Order No. 13753, dated July 20,
1979, recorded in Volume 0, Page 480 of the Commissioners'
Court Minutes, in regard to THE WOODS, be rescinded and
that Kerr County Precinct No. 2, does accept the roadways
in said subdivision mentioned above.
It is further ordered by the Court that Kerr County Precinct
No. 2 will not be responsible nor assume liability for any
damages caused by trees that are in right-of-ways designated
on said Plats.
