ORDER NO. 14497
ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAY IN LIVE OAK ESTATES
On this the 26th day of October, 1981, came on to
be considered by the Court the matter of acceptance of
Denise Drive, a roadway in Live Oak Estates Subdivision,
according to Plat thereof recorded in Volume 3, Page 153,
Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, in Commissioner's
Precinct No. 1.
Upon motion made by Commissioner
seconded by Commissioner Speakmon
Holland
the Court
unanimously approved that the clauses stated in Order No.
11973 dated October 20, 1973, recorded in Volume N, Page 438
of the Commissioners' Court Minutes, in regard to LIVE OAK
ESTATES, be rescinded and that Kerr County Precinct No. 1,
does accept the roadway in said subdivision mentioned
above.
