ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF ONE NEW JOHN DEERE 2040 TRACTOR
FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. 3
AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT TO KCR EQUIPMENT RENTALS, INC.
On this the 29th day of June 1981, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner Speakmon
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of one
new John Deere 2040 Tractor for use by the Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct No. 3.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of
$9,500.00, payable to KCR Equipment Rentals, Inc., out of
the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
