ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF KCP. EQUIPMENT RENTALS, INC. FOR
ONE NEW FOUR WHEEL DRIVE ARTICULATED LOADER FOR USE BY THE
COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. THREE
On this the 9th day of November 1981, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner Holland ,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of
KCR EQUIPMENT RENTALS, INC. for one new four wheel
drive articulated loader for use by the Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct No. Three, as recommended by the
County Auditor, as the lowest and best bid, as follows:
One Case W-11 - 4 wheel drive loader as per specifications,
without trade-in, in the net amount of $33,950.00.
Said bid complies with the specifications on file in the
office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
