ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL OF COVERT & SON ROOFING TO REPLACE
HAIL DAMAGED ROOF ON THE AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING
On this the 26th day of October 1981, upon motion made by
Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved that the Proposal of COVERT
& SON ROOFING, to replace the hail damaged roof on the
Agriculture Exhibition Building, in the amount of twenty
six thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight dollars,
($26,968.00), be accepted as the lowest and best bid.

We hereby submit specifications andesfimates for:
1.) Remove exsisting tar & gravel down to exsisting felt paper.
2.) Inspect and repair all gravel guard and flashing joints.
3r) Install one layer of 1$ lb perferated felt paper,
4.) Install two layers of hot dead level asphalt tar.
5.) Install new washed gravel.
6e) Clean the work area to prework conditions.
7.) This new roof will have a (five) year warranty against leaks under
normal weather conditions.
