CERTAIN COUNTY COURT (~tZNffNAL CASES FROM THE TRUST FUND OF THE COUNTY CLERK.
On this the ~hrh day of October 1981, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of authorizing the County Clerk of Kerr
County to make disbursement of certain undistributed balance of funds in
certain County Court Criminal Cases and it appearing to the Court that the seven
hereinafter enumerated criminal cases which were originally heard be-
tween the years 1971 and 1976 have been dismissed fran the Docket of the
County Court of Kerr County on October 19, 1981 without further proceedings
pursuant to Motions of the County Attorney and Orders of the County Court
as recorded in the Minutes of the County Court and that the hereinafter
enumerated balances of funds in the said seven cases being held in the Trust
Fund of the County Clerk of Kerr County totaling $166.00 cannot be reason-
ably distributed or disbursed under normal proceedures, it is Ordered on
Motion by Commissioner Hnl]and secronded by Commissioner
G~ aakmnn and unanimrnasly approved by the Court that the County
Clerk be authorized to disburse the sum of $166.00 on deposit in the Trust
Fund in the following cases directly to the County Treasurer of Kerr County
and for deposit in the General F1and of Kerr County:
