CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED
& TABULATED
On this the 9th day of November 1981, came on to be con-
sidered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine
the results of the Constitutional Amendment Election held
on November 3rd, 1981. And the Court having canvassed and
tabulated the returns of the election precincts and the Absentee
Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns,
after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct
and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner ;Tolland seconded by
Commissioner Lich the Court unanimously approved that
the returns canvassed and tabulated in Volume 6, Pages 108
thru 110, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas,
and as certified thereto by each member of the Court, are in
all respects approved.
