by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner
Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the resigna-
tion of Mrs. 0. K. Rankhorn, Presiding Election Judpe
of Election Precinct No. 11, be accepted effective as
of December 14th, 1981.
