EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 1982.
On this the 14th day of December, 1981, upon motion
made by Commissioner S~eakmon seconded by Commissioner
Holland the Court unanimously approved that pur-
suant to the provisions of Article 2.04 (a), Texas Election
Code and pursuant to preclearance granted by the United
States Department of Justice on December 4, 1981 pursuant
to Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, that the
Commissioners Court of Kerr County, did at its regular
December, 1981 Term order the following changes in the boundaries
and numerical redesignation of certain Election Precincts of
Kerr County, the said changes to be effective for all elections
held on and after March 1, 1982. Kerr County voters registering
as qualified voters for the 1982 election year will be registered
pursuant to the said precinct boundary changes, which are as
follows:

Beginning at a point in the City of Kerrville where the centerline of
Barnett Street intersects the centerline of Sidney Baker Street and Stake
Highway 16;
Thence SE with the centerline of Barnett Street to the point of its
