FIELD On this the 10th day of August 1981, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Maintenance Contract between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County and Conroe Avionics, for instrument landing system at the Louis Schreiner Field, for a period of one year, commencing October 1, 1981 through September 30, 1982, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.
