counsel to file suit on behalf of Kerr County and the City of F.ierrvilFe
to recover damages to the City-County Airport fence resalting from a
traffic violation; and at appearing to the Court tha' Ke°rr County should
join with the City of ;{errv(I[e in authorizing sucf~ suit, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner ~HOllattd ~, seconded by
Commissioner Lich _ , and unanimously approved by the Court
that Kerr County authorize t}; e. City .Attorney Thomas ~. Terrell
to file suit on behalf of Karr County and the Cit}~ of l<.errville in the
County Court of Kerr County against Kathleen A. Henke to seek recovery
for damages allegedly caused by her at the City-County Airport fence.
