On this the 14th day of September 1981, upon motion
made by Commissioner Holland, seconded lay Commissioner
Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the salary
of Clay Barton as Assistant Chief Jailer, be fixed
at $9,900.00 per annum, retroactive to August lst,
1481.
