APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL TO PURCHASE ONE COPY MACHINE-SAVIN
SYSTEM 790 FROM COPY DISTRIBUTING COMPANY, INC.
On this the 26th day of August 1981, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved a proposal to purchase a
new Copy Machine - Savin System 790, from Copy Distributing
Company, in the amount of $7425.00, plus cabinet $150.00 and
machine delivery and installation charge of $60.00, total price
being $7635.00, less a trade-in of one Canon 5000 Plain Copier,
purchased 2/5/1979, presently in use in the County Clerk s
Office, in the amount of $1000.00, leaving a net amount of
$6635.00, for the new copy machine.
