RESOLUTION
STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF KERR
WHEREAS, the Commissioner's Court of Kerr County, Texas
has had brought to its attention the need fora continuing program to
provide sound medical and dental care in the Kerr County Detention
Facility; and
WHEREAS, such a program is available under funding by the
Governor's Office, Criminal Justice Division; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner's Court of Kerr County is aware
of and feels this program will aid in the proper safe operation of the
Detention Facility;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioners' Court
does authorize the continuation of this program in the Kerr County Detention
Facility, and the submission of this request to the Governor's Office,
Criminal .justice Division. The Commissioners' Court further autiorizes the
sum of $2.660.00 as the local share of the proposed funding.
On motion by Commissioner Holland seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie the foregoing was passed and unanimously
approved by the Court on the _22nd day of. December 1931
