ORDER AUTHORIZING AND GRANTING RIt;HT OF WAY EASEMENT ON AIRPORT
PROPERTY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LOOP 535 ACCESS ROAD
On this the 8th day of November., 1982 came on to be
heard and considered by the Court the matter of joining with the
City of. Kerrville in the granting of the right of way easement at
the eastern terminus of the State portion of the Loop 535 airport
access road right of way and authorizing the execution of such
right of way easement; and it appearing to the Court that the
State Department of Highways and Public Transportation requires
a right of way easement on a portion of the City-County airport
property comprising 1.896 acres of land out of W. T. Crook Survey
No. 71, Abstract No. 114, which easement has been designated as
Right oz Way Parcel No. 4 and is situated in the extreme northwest
corner. of the airport property at the point of joinder between
the Loop 535 airport access road and the connecting roadway within
the airport property to be constructed by the City of Kerrville
and Kerr County, and that such right of way easement is necessary
for the completion of the new access road project, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Holland seconded 'by Commissioner
Lich , and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County join with the City of Kerrville in granting the aforesaid
right of way easement comprising 1,896 acres of land out of Survey
No. 71 W. T. Crook, Abstract 114, to the State of Texas; and it
is further ordered that the County Judge of Kerr County be authorized
to execute such easement on behalf of Kerr County.
