APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORTS OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR FOR
YEAR 1981, ENDING JUNE 30, 1982
On this the 10th day of October 1982, came on to be
examined by the Court the settlement with Doris Lee Smith,
Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30th, 1982
and it appearing to the Court that said reports are in proper
form and should be approved, and that. the Tax Assessor-
Collector be credited with the amount as set forth on the
current tax roll of Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and
Discounts Allowed, as follows:
The collection represents a collection for the tax year 1981
in the amount of 93.3 %,
and also that the Tax Assessor-Collector be charged with the
amount collected in addition to the current rolls of Insolvent
Tax Collections, Redemptions, etc., as listed on the report.
