APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF DORIS LEE SMITH, TAX ASSESSOR-
COLLECTOR, FOR APPOINTMENT OF ANGELITA GARZA, AS DEPUTY
TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 13th day of September 1982, upon motion
made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner
Guthrie the Court unanimously approved the Applica-
tion of Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr
County, Texas, for appointment of Angelita Garza as
Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, at
a salary of $8,700.00 per annum ($725.00 per month),
effective the date of her qualification, the same being
September 14 1982, and that her salary be paid out of
Officers Salary Fund.
