Muenker, County Clerk, belong- ing to officers, witnesses, and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December, 1981, and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $16,168.22. Also Ouarterly Report of Fines imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said court, in the amount of $7,223.00. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from July 1st, 1981 and ending December 31st, 1981, and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $16,168.22. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. i ', Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously ';; approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14566 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 11th day of January 1982, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1982, as provided for in Article 3912e, Sections 2 and 6, R. C. S. of Texas. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis, as provided by law, for the year 1982. ;, It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy !! of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o '~ N0. 14567 TRANSFER OF $66,500.00 TO SOCIAL SECURITY FUND ~, On this the 11th day of January 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and ~ County Treasurer be and are hereby directed to transfer the following amounts to the Social i Security Fund from their respective funds: Jury Fund ---- $ 1200.00 Road & Bridge Fund ---- 16000.00 General Fund ---- 9300.00 Officers Salary Fund ---- 40000.00 Total $66500.00 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14568 ORDER SETTING PAY OF GRAND JURORS, PETIT JURORS AND SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN DISTRICT COURT AND OF JURORS IN COUNTY COURT On this the 11th day of January 1982, came on to be heard and considered by the Court, the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen in the District Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County, as is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernon Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commis- sioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the compensation to be paid to all Grand Jurors and Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen shall be fixed at $7.50 per day, including those summoned but excused, after having been sworn, provided however, that County and Justice of the Peace and District Court Jurors and Grand Jurors actually impaneled and sworn, shall be paid $10.00 per day.
