N0. 14575 ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN COUNTRY MANOR SECTION 1 ;I,
On this the 11th day of January, 1982, came on to be considered by the Court, the matter,,

of acceptance of roadways in Country Manor Section 1, according to plat thereof recorded in
Volume 4, Page 221, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, in Commissioner's Precinct No. One.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court
unanimously approved that the clauses stated in Order No. 14059, dated June 24, 1980,
recorded in Volume 0, Page 57$, of the Commissioners' Court Minutes, in regard to Country
Manor Section 1, be rescinded and that Kerr County Precinct No. One, does accept the

roadways in said subdivision mentioned above.

N0. 14576 ORDER GRANTING REQUEST OF STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
TO CLOSE A PORTIOYd OF COUNTY ROADWAY AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE LOOP 534
AND F.M. ROAD 689 (STATE HIGHWAY 173)
On this the 11th day of January, 1982 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the request of the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation to close a portion '
of the existing County road connecting the Old Bandera Road low water bridge across the
Guadalupe River at the west edge of the Kerrville State Park with F. M. Road 689 (State
Highway 173); and it appearing to the Court that the portion of roadway concerned parallels
State Loop 534 north of the point of intersection with F.M. Road 689 and that construction
of the new road intersection would render the continued use of the intersection of the county'
roadway with F.M. Road 689 most hazardous to the public, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the
Court that the request of the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation to close'
the portion of said county roadway from the point of its present intersection with F.M. Road
to a point opposite approximate Station 3 + 50 of the centerline of Loop 534 and to connect
the said county roadway directly with State Loop 534 at a point immediately to the north of '
approximate Station 3 + 50 be granted, the said request being deemed to be in the public
interest and in the interest of providing traffic safety for the roadways concerned.

NO. 14577 TRANSFER OF $8,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO SAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 11th day of January 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded'.
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $8,000.00 from the General Fund to Jail
Operating Fund. ~i
