N0. 14584 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS AND RENT, ETC. FOR USE OF
BUILDING IN HOLDING LOCAL OPTION BINGO ELECTION ON JANUARY 16, 1982
On this the 18th day of January 1982, on motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of the Election
Officials as per claims on file at $3.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges $20.00 for bring-
ing in the returns of Election, including the Absentee Box and payment to American Legion
Post 583 for use of the building in holding the Local Option Bingo Election on January 16,

On this the 18th day of January, 1982, came on to be considered by the Court, the matter ',
of acceptance of roadways in Country Manor Section 2, according to plat thereof recorded in

Upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded b Commissioner Lich the Court

unanimously approved that the clauses stated in Order No. 14059, dated June 24, 1980,
recorded in Volume 0, Page 578, of the Commissioners' Court Minutes, in regard to Country
Manor Section 2, be rescinded and that Kerr County Precinct No. One, does accept the
roadways in said subdivision mentioned above.

N0. 14586 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 18th day of January, 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of General, Jail Operating and Kerr County Public Library
f Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made
^,, a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 14587 APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM TO EARNEST MONEY CONTRACT, DATED DECEMBER 14th, 1981, FOR
PURCHASE OF 88.6 ACRES OF LAND FOR AIRPORT EXPANSION & IMPROVEP2ENT
On this the 18th day of January 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an Addendum to an Earnest Money
Contract, dated December 14th, 1981, by Commissioners' Court Order No. 14545, for the purchase
of 88.6 acres of land for Airport Expansion and Improvement.
It is further ordered that the approval and execution of the Addendum by County Judge,
Julius R. Neunhoffer, on January 13th, 1982 be ratified and confirmed.
