day of February, 1982, at 10:00 o'clock A. P1., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14592 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th of February 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge ~~1, ~k2, ~~3, ~p4, General Road & Bridge,
General, Officers Salary, Jail Operating, Jury, 216th District Probation, Tax Appraisal Officea _
County Law Library & Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal in the
County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 14593 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS APPROVED
On this the 8th day of February 1982, came on to he examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

OF KERRVILLE AND KERR COUNTY AND THE KERRVILLE TELEPHONE COMPANY AND L04IER COLORADO
RIVER AUTHORITY
On this the 8th day of February 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a Utility Easement at the
Kerrville Municipal Airport, between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County and the Kerrville
Telephone Company and the Lower Colorado River Authority, for the purpose of erecting, con-
structing, maintaining, operating, replacing and removing telephone, electrical and telegraph
cable or cables.
