COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION FEBRUARY 9th, 1982 at 3:30
o'clock P. M., with the following members present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14604 ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL OF TRINITY ENGINEERING TESTING CORPORATION FOR CORE
BORINGS AT PROPOSED LANDFILL SITE
On this the 9th day of February 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the proposal of TRINITY
ENGINEERING TESTING CORPORATION for core borings at the proposed Landfill Site, in the total
estimate amount of $11,000.00, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.

N0. 14605 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DAKOTA HILLS
On this the 9th day of February 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF DAKOTA HILLS in Commis-
' sinner's Precinct No. 4, provided in so doing, that Kerr County does not accept as County
Roadways, the road easements, and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility
~' for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of said roadways, and that this
provision be shown on the face of the Plat.

N0. 14606 ORDER NAMING ROADWAY IN PRECINCT N0. FOUR - IN HILLS & DALES SUBDIVISION
On this the 9th day of February 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that a roadway in Kerr County Precinct
No. 4, in Hills & Dales Subdivision, be named and designated as Deerfield Lane.

N0. 14607 ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN QUAIL RUN ESTATES, REPEAT OF LOTS 5 & 6
On this the 9th day of February, 1982, came on to be considered by the Court the matter

of acceptance of all roadways in QUAIL RUN ESTATES, REPEAT OF LOTS 5 and 6, according to
Plat thereof recorded in Volume 4, Page 225, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, in Commis-
sioner's Precinct No. 2.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court
unanimously approved that the clauses stated in Order No. 14065, dated July 8th, 1980,
recorded in Volume 0, Page 585 of the Commissioners' Court Minutes, in regard to QUAIL RUN
ESTATES, REPEAT OF LOTS 5 & 6, be rescinded and that Kerr County Precinct No. 2, does accept
all roadways in said subdivision mentioned above.
