DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT TO KEN STOEPEL FORD, LINCOLN, T~[ERCURY
On this the 19th day of February 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner SpeaY.mon, second-

ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of three 1982 LTD S 4
Door Sedans, as per bid price, for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, without trade-~;
ins, in the net amount of $8,775.00 for each unit, (a total price of $26,325.00 for the
three units).
It is ordered that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the
General Fund, payable to Ken Stoepel Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, in the amount of $26,325.00.

MAINTENANCE UNIT FROM STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION
On this the 2nd day of_ T4arch 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved a proposal to purchase a used
1958 Chausse Model STLT4600 600-gallon Asphalt Maintenance Unit, for the sum of $500.00,
from the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation; and authorized payment
be made out of Road & Bridge Fund of Precinct One.
