N0. 1461/+ APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR 1982
TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES
On this the 8th day of March 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a quarterly payment to the Kerr County
Tax Appraisal District, in the amount of $13,763.86, for 1982 Tax Appraisal Office Expenses.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw
a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr County Appraisal District, in the above
amount.

N0. 14615 ORDER APPROVING AIRPORT LAND RENTAL PLAN
On this the 8th day of March, 1982 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the method of approving an updated land rental plan for the City-County Airport; and it

Advisory Board on March 4, 1982, a copy of which is attached hereto, should be approved, ~~

N0. 14619 ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS KNOWN AS NICKS ROAD AND COBBS CIRCLE, BEING THE ONLY ROADS
IN NICKERSON FARM SUBDIVISION
On this the 8th day of March 1982, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the clause stated in Order No.
13871, dated November 15, 1979, recorded in Volume 0, Page 521 of the Commissioners' Court
Minutes, in regard to NICKERSON FARM SUBDIVISION, be rescinded and that Kerr County Precinct
No. 3, does accept the roadways known as Nicks Road and Cobbs Circle, being the only roads
in NICKERSON FARM SUBDIVISION, retroactive to February 9th, 1982.
