N0. 14620 APPORTIONMENT OF $40,000.00 FROM F. T2. & LATERAL ROAD FUND TO THE PRECINCT ROAD
AND BRIDGE FUNDS
On this the 8th day of March 1982, pending opinion by the County Attorney, H. Ritman
Jons, a motion was made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and un-
animously approved by the Court that the regular monthly allocation of $40,000.00 be made
from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund to the Precinct Road & Bridge Funds.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be authorized to
apportion the above sum to the four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:

Road & Bridge No. 2
Road & Bridge No. 3
Road & Bridge No. 4

On this the 15th day of March 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a proposal submitted by
Metal Systems of Fredericksburg, Texas, for erection of a new building for Kerr County
Precinct No. One, in the amount of $17,215.00, being the lowest bid and that payment for and
when made to be out of Road and Bridge No.One Fund.

ON AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 19th day of March 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of work performed by
COVERT & SON ROOFING for installing a new roof on the Agriculture Exhibition Building, as
per bid proposal and Contract Agreement, in the amount of $26,968.00 and for installing
eighteen turbine ventilators in the amount of $693.00, total amount being $27,661.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $27,661.00, payable to COVERT & SON ROOFING AND NATIONAL
