N0. 14620 APPORTIONMENT OF $40,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND TO THE PRECINCT ROAD
AND BRIDGE FUNDS
On this the 8th day of March 1982, pending opinion by the County Attorney, H. Ritman
Jons, a motion was made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and un-
animously approved by the Court that the regular monthly allocation of $40,000.00 be made
from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund to the Precinct Road & Bridge Funds.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be authorized to
apportion the above sum to the four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road & Bridge No. 1 ------ $9 600.00
Road & Bridge No. 2 ------ $9,600.00 .
Road & Bridge No. 3 ------ $9,600.00
Road & Bridge No. 4 ------ $11,200.00

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a proposal submitted by ,.
Metal Systems of Fredericksburg, Texas, for erection of a new building for Kerr County ~
Precinct No. One, in the amount of $17,215.00, being the lowest bid and that payment for and ~',
when made to be out of Road and Bridge No.One Fund.

by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of work performed by '~
COVERT & SON ROOFING for installing a new roof on the Agriculture Exhibition Building, as
per bid proposal and Contract Agreement, in the amount of $26,968.00 and for installing
-- eighteen turbine ventilators in the amount of $693.00, total amount being $27,661.00. !

On this the 19th day of March 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of one 1963 Corbett
tank/trailer, Serial No. 63069F, with a 5500 gallon capacity and a heating element inside,
in the amount of $2,500.00, from the National Bank of Commerce of Kerrville.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1 Fund, in the above amount, payable to the
National Bank of Cnmmexce of Kerrville.
