day of April 1982, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term

On this the 12th day of April 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various ,
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General Road & Bridge,
Lateral Road 1, General, Officers Salary, 3ai1 Operating, Jury, 216th District Probation,
Juvenile Services, Revenue Sharing Trust, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library and

,~ Tax Appraisal Office Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal in the County Auditor's ~~
Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.

approved by the Court.

On this the 12th day of April 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 14626 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND AND REPORT OF FINES OF COUNTY CLERIC
On this the 12th day of April 1982, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. t4uenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1982, and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $22,956.44.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said court, in the amount of $8,753.50.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court.
