N0. 14627 RESIGNATION OF AIRPORT BOARD MEMBER, A. J. BROUGH
On this the 12th day of April 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously accepted the resignation of A. J. BROUGH, a
member of the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board, effective April 1st, 1982, due to
his election to the City Council of the City of Kerrville.

N0. 14628 ORDER CERTIFYING AND DECLARING TOTAL MILEAGE OF COUNTY MAINTAINED PUBLIC ROADS
WENCH CONSTITUTE THE LATERAL ROAD SYSTEM OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of April, 1982 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the necessity of certifying to the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation the
total mileage of county maintained public roads, which roads constitute the lateral road
system of Kerr County as of January 1, 1982; and it appearing to the Court that the date
compiled by each of the four County Commissioners reflects that the total county maintained
public roads in Kerr County as of January 1, 1982 is 573.85 miles, which roadways constitute
the lateral road system of Kerr County; and that the said total is divided among the four

geographic areas constituting the presently delineated Commissioners' precincts of Kerr County',
as follows: l

animously approved by the Court that the foregoing data be certified to the State Department
of Highways and Public Transportation as true and correct for the purpose of allocating ~
certain State funds to be paid to or retained by Kerr County.

N0. 14629 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF AIME FRANK REAL FOR USE OF ORIGINAL AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION
BUILDING FOR ANNUAL SPRING CLUB LAMB SALE, MAY 7th and 8th, 1982.
On this the 12th day of April 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
I by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real for
I the use of the original Agriculture Exhibition Building for his Annual Spring Club Lamb Sale,
May 7th and 8th, 1982, at a charge of $150.00 per day, plus clean-up, and if clean-up is not
satisfactorily performed by user, an additional fee of $150.00 per day is to be charged.

On this the 12 day of April, 1982, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
letter request of Chas. Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to make a sub-

~~ between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recoxded in Volume 7, page 526 of the Bond
l~ Record of Kerr County, Texas, on March 11, 1981;
