the necessity of certifying to the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation the
total mileage of county maintained public roads, which roads constitute the lateral road
system of Kerr County as of January 1, 1982; and it appearing to the Court that the date
compiled by each of the four County Commissioners reflects that the total county maintained
public roads in Kerr County as of January 1, 1982 is 573.85 miles, which roadways constitute

BUILDING FOR ANNUAL SPRING CLUB LAMB SALE, MAY 7th and 8th, 1982.
On this the 12th day of April 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded

by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real for
the use of the original Agriculture Exhibition Building for his Annual Spring Club Lamb Sale,
May 7th and 8th, 1982, at a charge of $150.00 per day, plus clean-up, and if clean-up is not
satisfactorily performed by user, an additional fee of $150.00 per day is to be charged.

N0. 14630 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY DEPOSITORY TO MAKE SUBSTITUTION OF SECURITIES PLEDGED
TO SECURE DEPOSITORY PLEDGE COPdTRACT AND AUTHORIZING FROST NATIONAL BANK TO
RELEASE PREVIOUSLY PLEDGED SECURITIES
On this the 12 day of April, 1982, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
letter request of Chas. Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to make a sub-
stitution of securities pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Contract entered into
between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, page 526 of the Bond
Record of Kerr County, Texas, on March 11, 1981;
And it appearing to the court that the Depository Bank desires to sell certain securities
and that the said Bank should properly be allowed to make a substitution of acceptable --~
securities;
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and

Bank be granted and that the said county Depository Bank be authorized to sell the previously

On this the 12th day of April 1982, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
' to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election, Divide Common
School District No. 12, held on April 3rd, 1982.
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
District, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 6, Page 112, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court and upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner
Holland, the Court unanimously approved said returns.

Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $50,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.
