Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to make a sub- stitution of securities pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Contract entered into between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, page 526 of the Bond Record of Kerr County, Texas, on March 11, 1981; And it appearing to the court that the Depository Bank desires to sell certain securities and that the said Bank should properly be allowed to make a substitution of acceptable --~ securities; It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and 1'~~3 unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas.
