necessity of certifying to the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation the
total mileage of county maintained public roads of Kerr County as of January 1, 1982; and it
appearing to the Court that the data compiled by each of the four County Commissioners reflect
that the total county maintained public roads in Kerr County as of January 1, 1982 is 573.85
miles; and that the said total is divided among the four geographic areas constituting the
presently delineated Commissioners' precincts of Kerr County as follows:

compensation be fixed at $13,500.00 per annum ($1125.00 per month), effective the date of
his qualification, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

and the Kerr County Livestock Association for the use of the Agriculture Exhibition Buildings
on May 23rd, 1982, for the purpose of an Exotic Game Auction.
Proceeds of the Auction will go to the Livestock Association in consideration of the
Association using their panels and accepting responsibility for the clean-up of the buildings,
