City-County - Dugosh Short-Term Lease of 1982. This Lease is a temporary Lease to Dugosh for one year and three months, so that the Airport will have an FBO. Rent is $65.00 // plus 2% of fuel and lubricant sales, and 5% of any car rents. 3. Mooney - City-County Short-Term Lease of 1982.
