On this the 26th day of April 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the request of PAUL FIELDS, SHERIFF,
for appointment of TAYLOR CLAY BARYON, as DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS and that his
compensation be fixed at $13,500.00 per annum ($1125.00 per month), effective the date of
his qualification, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

ASSOCIATION FOR USE OF THE AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDINGS
On this the 26th day of April 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously confirmed an Agreement between Victor Garrett
and the Kerr County Livestock Association for the use of the Agriculture Exhibition Buildings
on May 23rd, 1982, for the purpose of an Exotic Game Auction.
Proceeds of the Auction will go to the Livestock Association in consideration of the
Association using their panels and accepting responsibility for the clean-up of the buildings,

On this the 29th day of April, 1982, at a Special Meeting of the Commissioners' Court

of Kerr County, Texas, by Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
and unanimously approved by the Court, it was ORDERED that the County Judge be authorized
to execute on behalf of the County, the following:
1. City-County - Mooney Airport Lease of 1982. This Lease provides for the leasing '~
of approximately 6 acres of land formerly occupied by the Kerrvile Flying Service, to t4ooney
Aircraft Corporation to the year 2013.
2. City-County - Dugosh Short-Term Lease of 1982. This Lease is a temporary Lease to
Dugosh for one year and three months, so that the Airport will have an FBO. Rent is $65.00 //
plus 2% of fuel and lubricant sales, and 5% of any car rents.
3. Mooney - City-County Short-Term Lease of 1982. This is a short-term Lease, whereby
Mooney leases back to the City-County the facilities on the 6 acres until June 30, 1983.
