N0. 14643 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT CHANGING CITY-COUNTY AIRPORT STANDARDS
On this the 29th day of April 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an Amendment Changing City-County
Airport Standards so as to provide for termination of bankruptcy and also amend paragraph 10,
such that the improvements need not revert to Lessor.

N0. 14644 AN ORDER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY JUDGE TO SIGN THE FOLLO[dING:
1.	CITY-COUNTY - MOONEY	AIRPORT LEASE OF	1982;
2.	CITY-COUNTY - DUGOSH	SHORT-TERP1 LEASE	OF 1982; and,
3.	MOONEY - CITY-COUNTY	SHORT-TERP4 LEASE	OF 1982.
On this the 29th day of April, 1982, at a Special Meeting of the Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, by Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
and unanimously approved by the Court, it was ORDERED that the County Judge be authorized
to execute on behalf of the County, the following:
1. City-County - Mooney Airport Lease of 1982. This Lease provides for the leasing
of approximately 6 acres of land formerly occupied by the Kerrvile Flying Service, to Mooney
Aircraft Corporation to the year 2013.
2. City-County - Dugosh Short-Term Lease of 1982. This Lease is a temporary Lease to
Dugosh for one year and three months, so that the Airport will have an FBO. Rent is $65.00 ~,
plus 2% of fuel and lubricant sales, and 5% of any car rents.
3. Mooney - City-County Short-Term Lease of 1982. This is a short-term Lease, whereby
Mooney leases back to the City-County the facilities on the 6 acres until June 30, 1983.

and County Judge Neunhoffer voting "NO", said motion carrying by a Majority Vote, approving a
Resolution to the Texas Department of Agriculture, requesting assistance to control the Import-
ed Fire Ant.
